All shareholders  - forget those with conflict of interests, including management - shall unite to say NO to this plan. In fact, all these people shall be barred from any Exchange activities. They are indeed value destroyer and do not even care to manage the company. Not to mention preserving existing shareholders interest. AUD 200 millions for greenfield coal company in the current coal business environment? Are you out of your ****ing mind? Do you live in a different world, and do not even read morning newspaper at least once a month?. Who in his right mind can believe this kind of people who already destroyed the company's value all the way down from AUD 300 M to only AUD 3 M now? And yet,  they are enjoying their monthly perks paid by the shareholders. The proposed acquisition of Sizeable (sic!!) Queensland coal assets is nothing but the apparent plan of this notorious guys to enrich themselves by destroying small shareholders. Do you believe that even Martino's son (one of UQR shareholders) named his company Minimum Risk Pty Ltd. Minimum Risk? Yeah, and Maximum Risk Ltd for us all. AUD 200 Millions? The assets was bought from Linc Energy in a deal valued AUD 5 Millions only a couple months ago and now they are trying to rob us all by selling it for AUD 200 Millions ?
