    If I'm not mistaken, we'll be selling at a bit of a premium. On the 30th of June, both plants were valued at US $134.1m, aka AU $197.18m.
    We're selling 50% stake at AU $126m, which gives the plants a valuation of AU $252m. A 27% premium.

    Could have misread. DYOR.
