Pdn will end up with 6.1 Billion ordinary shares after restructure and new share issue, by my measure. (Please verify or correct me).

$US145m @ A$0.05 gives 2.9 Bn shares (exchange rate adjustment will alter this slightly)
$US75m @ A$0.05 gives 1.5 Bn shares (exchange rate adjustment will alter this slightly)
Ord. shares currently on issue = 1.7 Bn

2.9Bn + 1.5Bn + 1.7Bn = 6.1 Bn

A 10 for 1 share consolidation will give 600m new ord. shares (at 10x the value? 50c?)

Presumably the share price will drift lower towards the new issue price of A$0.05.
Like what happened when capital raised at certain levels in the past (i.e. A$o.70, A$o.42, A$o.26)
(Again, please verify or correct me).

Overall, I think Pdn will prosper in time if this deal is approved.
