Do you know more about the following...
A capital raise to payout Magna Convertible Notes of US$3,425,664.47 for initial investment of US$3,250,000
Which Lender was issued the 9 Million odd shares, in lieu of amortisation payments of $991,664.00 in cash?
Was that Magna? If So....
Does that mean the US$800,000.00 Convertible Notes issued to NY and Israel Investors at the same time is still outstanding?
3B does not give enough detail, as both CN issues are lumped as one.
