    Explains the never ending downfall since .20 & the daily bot pushing it aggressively lower daily, insiders at there best, & just to screw holders more they announce the raising without setting a floor price so it can be open to manipulation for the new investor to get cheap placement, probably looking at 8-9 placement now they have it back under .10
