Stakeholder Engagement seems to be non existent within our company.

Plenty of promotion about Fiji, yet no communication re: their Australian Dairy Farms. In an article in Ausfood news on 27/6/2016 headed Australian company to bring fresh milk to Fiji it states near the end of the article "Australian Natural Proteins recently acquired 5 dairy farms in Australia". If this is factual why have shareholders not been informed of this event? If not factual why has it been said?

To find information on our company is dismal to say the least. On looking at the Company's Web Site there have been some very minor changes, but for potential investors there is no information nor news.

At the EGM on 13/7/2016 shareholders voted in favour with resolution 1 giving the company permission to go forward with the purchase of Dairy Farms in Australia. Nowhere have shareholders voted nor approved anything to do with Fiji so perhaps it is time that the Directors focused on what they have been given charter to do and not steer offcourse on fanciful ideas.
