I think your getting caught up on the actual price. All I am saying is that come ex Return Capital date the price should drop 19c because that is the value being returned by the company to its share holders. Meaning the company is effectively losing 19c of value. If the share price is trading at 30c then it should trade at 11c after the ex Capital Return date. The market is now currently trying to find the trading price of the company knowing this information.
