Yes, $40m in 2022, following the sale of Westoz [*], but on that occasion it was accompanied by the cancellation of 33m shares. The current proposed capital return will not involve a cancellation of shares.
[*] Related to that was also a $40m special dividend.
This isn't a secular growth stock; instead it is a prolific surplus capital generator which more than makes up for the lack of organic growth.
