    Yeah that makes a lot of sense I was wondering why Res #19 !0% Cap Raise was removed. I think you are exactly right some equity deal is coming..... That would be great and this could be towards moving Johor HPA plant past Stage #2. It's a project just waiting to complete this build then get SMS well and truley engaged which will rerate ATC no end..
