pressure is multiple fronts in my view. everything excluding MacArthur, ie kincora is down to 5.8 per day last few weeks, and no mid year campaign means that isn't going to change any time soon.
limited cash in, plenty going out.

note holders will say yes, they still get their interest and have security over the assets which are worth more than the current note value.

I'm only guess above though, they could prove me wrong on multiple fronts.
