They CR raised for a whole gas plant that they new was not performing and got screwed on the price of it and could have raised more at the time put the absorber in fixed the problem then and been cash flow positive years ago .
As for the blue sky this is a big leap with cooper been waiting many many years and share price has gone backwards since early 2020.
