My initial analysis is that this show that's the co finally has a solid direction and potentially a future. The 2 individuals have a good track record so hopefully they will make it work. I'm fine with the incentive scheme, if they hit those hurdles we will all be smiling.
Concern is the debt to equity transfer as this is a huge amount of shares that the owner could potentially flood the market on any increase. That said, its good to get that huge amount of debt off the balance sheet.
time will tell but this has lifted my confidence in the co, although I pretty much had none a few weeks ago.
