Hard to tell how much they sell each month.


June qtr. projection was $3.1 mill, looks like

actual will be $750 thou short?

Shortfalls in sales, compared to qtrly expenses

are sustainable if the difference isn't too great.

In the June qtr shortfall has pretty well wiped out

cash reserves ???

Cash at start of June qtr was $973 thou.

Looking like a C.R. is seriously necessary by the end of July,

but with the imminent consolidation, would be stretched

out to an August C.R.
