100:1 is ridiculous which ever way you look at it, but it seems the slow and steady approach just went out the window all of a sudden. I’m not liking the swapping from building the company to suddenly a quick fix solution at what can best be described as high risk of dilution for current shareholders.
The sliding of the SP gives me minimal confidence in the BOD that my interest is even a consideration.
