I dont know the board- have not met them but there are things that concern me as mentioned by autumnrain.Smells fishy.
the Capper, SP supression seem obvious.
looks like someone big has a plan.
news of 100:1 consol puts MORE pressure on SP.
is this coincidence- NO WAY.
imo SOMEONE WANTS MORE but all of us LT holders look to be on the loosing team.we get diluted- some UK funds load up and then they matket the company and deliver the news( on time too)
as mentioned- news was late....so many things dont line up. Its almost like someone has planned this perfectly....
Now is the time for the top 40 to find out whats up????
if the "plan" does not benefit current LT loyal holders- LETS TAKE ACTION SOON.

i want an honest board with integrity. Preferably a long term holder or a person who has skin in game.
