I am getting plenty of proxy’s to take into the meet as are a few others. There are many LT large SHs here in Bris all negative to current situation. I would t like to be the BoD facing these SHs here in Bris.

That way a message is sent early to support what the BoD is reading here and hearing.

They might even decide it makes sense to withdraw this vote and replace with a 10:1 which I’m basically for.

Fact is TdV is kicking goals and doesn’t need an angry board above him constantly demanding info to announce etc. one of the worst things to happen is a shit fight at BoD level because it directly affects ops BUT also what about acquiring A1 process disruption AND capital raise which we currently must from ASX releases believe will soon be needed.

Also such BoDs could just as easily go to Voluntary Admin out of pure spite and in order to completely devaluate AUL and pick it up via recapitalised DOCA - nice play noting CTL DOCA (see current OGX and CTL DOCA processes.

Best outcome is the BoD decide to withdraw the 100/1 consolidation resolution and then we know they will then have to consider to conciliate with SH reps like McNally on SH behalf.

When the BoD make that decision full control returns to SHs including new resolutions:

1. McNally plus 1 more SH onto the Board
2. Keep Gill and 1 other current Fin Dir on Board
3. BoD should be 5
3.1. Chair: I will put my hand up (chair has cast vote)
3.2. NEDs: Paul McNally plus 1 tba SH rep
3.3. Tech NED: Matthew Gill
3.4. Fin NED: one of the current 3 for continuity
4. 10:1 Consolidation at same time announce cap raise
5. $5 mill Renounceable RIghts Issue
6. Use of funds
6.1 A1 acquisition $2m
6.2 Ore Sorter $2mil
6.3 Work Cap $1mill
