    Can't make meeting, but keen to hear how it goes.
    Voting No to 100:1 consol unless the BOD can provide clarification, assurances to small shareholders (which I am) and reasonable arguments for the strategy. Not sure if they plan to do elaborate unless pushed. Only have circa 1.5 mil - will support a call for an EGM if needs be.
