Hi Krum, You know who I am and have met many times, I agree with your resolutions, for others out there I have about 100 mill shares and do not want to support the 100:1 share consolidation and am still sitting on the fence in some aspects and whether shareholders instigate an EGM. We definitely need two large shareholders on the board with McNally being one and another one with operation/engineering /PM experience. I don't really agree with the capital raising at this stage and there are other options available to get a sorter, you don't always have to 'buy' capital equipment. If the current proposal gets through the existing shareholders WILL lose control and any influence over this company. Krum, It might be time for you and I to have another coffee fairly soon!!
