FUTURE consolidation is not the reason it is AGAIN trading at .3 cents.
Even though I'm sure the consol. will go ahead, as yet it hasn't,
and needs to be voted on, on the 9th August.
With June $$$ amounts in, the qtr was well below
the minimum $$$ required to "break even".
