Normally I would shy away from consolidation. But was proven wrong . Luckily I chose to stay with one asx company that did an 8:1 consolidation., Otherwise I'd be kicking my self something terrible. This firm is not in GOLD but in energy (mainly gas) . Have a look at 12 month chart for SXY. I very nearly pulled the pin days pre-consolidation as was holding way in excess of 1m and could not see this getting past $2 after consolidation. How wrong I was. I'm going to hold BDC till the end & happy to take my chances along with other large holders. Don't want any regrets.
