It is interesting they have decided to do a consolidation. What generally comes with a consolidation is some sort of raise off the back of it with a lower register.
I don't think they will sell the company, to me this is an interesting development in that they have decided to do a consolidation rather than just sell off the assets and wind up the company.
It is very clear signalling they have some sort of plan (or at least an idea) in place where a re-think of the business and strategy could mean they potentially have another go at something else.
I think there is money to be made now by partnering up and monetising the assets, but clearly building a mine is not the plan moving forward.
Could they sell the tenements and then be cashed up with 260m shares on issue and look to acquire another operation? Some batter materials perhaps?
