Not sure how I feel about this. How will this stock perform at a ~$1.4 stock with a topsy MC.
Obviously there is some corporate activity that we don't know is being planned.
Are the trimming the register to remove the penny status and become more attractive to US/UK investors? Or... are the trimming it up to allow more capital raising to enable development.
