2.7 billion shares doesn’t give the company a lot of room to move.
I’m sure they will use shares to raise funds needed for the next stage.
Easy to allocate a few hundred million at a discount to get some cash.
I have to say that all of the companies I’ve been involved with over last 25 years consolidation hasn’t been kind to the share price.
2 went belly up.
Both arguments have merit.

im pro consolidation, let’s roll the dice.
AUC is a gamble guys we all know this.
