Don't forget the majority of investor $ has been thrown at Real Estate in Australia over the last few years - which has been a significant contributor to lacklustre ASX performance.
Cracks are starting to show in real estate growth and it is becoming increasingly difficult to identify areas that have not yet peaked.
A couple of major cities actually lost a couple percent last month.
Investors will gradually return to the ASX as they look for better returns and I am hopeful this renewed interest in the ASX will turn into a flood.
From a macro point of view I expect the good quality - GOLD and COPPER explorers to outperform most sectors moving forward.
