Of course dud companies/dud management can hide shareholder wealth destruction through a consolidation, but how is AUC even dragged into that inappropriate and ridiculous comparison?
I don’t understand how one can merely state an example of a dud company and thereafter conclude consolidations don’t work. It’s inductive reasoning at its most fallacious.
Anyway, buy or don’t buy, own or don’t own…
