Some people saying that this is a sign there is some great news to come pre/post consolidation.
Considering over the past few years we have gone from standard raises at 15% discount, then to the con note raise a few months ago....downward trajectory. And considering that commercialisation is really about 12-24 months away (closest it's azer cel)
Wouldnt the simplest explanation be that we really can't raise anymore money from anyone in the near term? We have to do a consolidation- to allow further raises in a few months time and get back on track for another year or two.
And hopefully by the end of 2026 or srart of 2027 or so we are close to a commercial outcome.
I mean they told us in the latest preso and letter that there is essentially nothing commercially viable really till 2026/2027 it all lines up woth what they are saying - we just don't want ot hear it
