    I'd be amazed if the raise doesn't happen pre/during consolidation.

    21 days notice to hold an EGM if I'm not mistaken? Means they can't call one until at least 9 June - and only if they call it this Monday.

    As I've posted previously (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-imugene-receives-a-20-million-for-convertible-notes-issuance.8419296/page-257?post_id=78868705) they are currently burning ~$322k per day and would only currently be sitting on ~$22m. That means insolvency well before August.

    What sort of funding terms do we think they might be able to negotiate with only ~1 month cash runway?

    They have no leverage.

    Either holders are going to just get massively diluted (again) or they'll sell some IP for cents on the dollar. Why would anyone hang around for that?
