There has been many an experienced shareholder/investor on these threads calling for this consolidation, so it seems surprising to hear from these one hit wonders who Suddenly ( apart from the usual grumblers), appear with grievances about this decision. With an EGM to decide the endorsement or otherwise of this development I can see it going the way of past resolutions, such as remuneration approvals which have usually been overwhelmingly supported, or at least voted for, by shareholders. Time will be the decider though and when asked about it in the recent Q & A PH said the board have given it some thought and will make a decision at the appropriate time, my guess is this is the appropriate time. There may even be a Nasdaq listing on the cards.
