Hopper is CHM'S biggest sh, he bought at CRs at 15c, 10c, 4.5c, 2.8c, 0.8c, 0.5c and now 0.4c.
Now you tell me, when he alone was in charge for the 0.8c and 0.5c raisings, twice devaluing by 45% and now 50% to trading price?
He as an investor did terrible and yet lowered the price again despite being given $ 5.6m for free.
Only reason: Get it bankrupt, take it private for $1 and then sell it for $billions.
If you think I am wrong then please come up with a better explanation for the constant deliberate downwards pushing of the sp when at the same time the market was actually driving the sp up.

That's the usual scenario when a company struggles to be kept afloat when having no data that excites the market / big pharma.
