That's not my inference at all.
My inference is that the Susquehanna funding deal was catastrophic for holders (I have said this from the start Post 77598796 etc), and they're now attempting to sweep the ramifications under the rug. Watch this consolidation mysteriously coincide with the issuance of shares to Susquehanna - and most likely another raise.
Holders should throw another item of business on the agenda for the EGM and spill the board.
