IMO Susquehanna will convert the notes after a consolidation. Management will then spin some BS about "We raised $20m in exchange for ~30 million shares, we think that was a good deal".
In reality, they'll have diluted shareholders to the extent of ~14% for $20m and in the process valued the company at ~$140m.
