The Directors had the nerve to sit back and provide a newsletter to us retail shareholders and not even mention this huge 34 to 1 consolidation impact on shareholders. Cap raise inevitable. Perhaps it increases the option for those who may invest but existing shareholders are at mercy of IMU board. I dont have much optimism left. It owes me nothing but do feel management have just disrespected all investors by not even disclosing this with an audience they called not more than a few weeks ago. It could have all been said on the webinar and they could have at least faced some questions of why and answered them. To keep disrespecting retail shareholders who have paid their salaries for so long is hard to take. Many have said IMU have gone from a science company to a lifestyle company where the key executives are paid huge salaries for managing a very small business. Its hard to argue against this proposition. Salaries up seven fold. Company size has shrank, $340m spent and nothing to show for it. It does scream sell but I cannot help but to hang onto my shares. Good luck to all long suffering long term holders. Lets hope we have some good data news we have all been waiting for. I shall never invest in another Paul Hopper business ever again. He does not respect the investors/shareholders who pay his wages. I know its a belly ache but what else can you say?
