No they can convert $20M at the lowest - floor - price of 1.9c (which is where it is at now) this results in dilution of over 1B shares.
Hence it says in the terms...
"The imposition of the Floor Price means that the maximum
number of Shares that can be issued from the conversion
of the Convertible Notes is capped at 1,052,631,579
Shares."What is 20M divided by 0.019c? Ill give you a hint (see that number above)
