I agree the share structure needs to be cleaned up. A consolidation has been on the cards for some time. But the way Imugene has gone about it, quietly dropping a 1 for 34 consolidation at all time lows with no clinical data, no licensing progress, and no sign of recovery, is completely at odds with what they told us shareholders in the past.We were told many times that a move like this would follow a material result or a meaningful lift in the share price. That was the guidance for years. Instead, we get this while the share price is on life support and the company is running out of cash within a quarter.
I have always backed the science, but Imugene needs new leadership. People who respect shareholders, communicate honestly, and follow through on what they say. Until that happens, it is hard to see how this company delivers anything of value, no matter how promising the science may be.
