There’s no immediate equity issuance.Conversion only happens at a 25% premium if CVI chooses to.There’s no coupon, so Imugene doesn’t pay interest. That’s non-dilutive leverage for years, unless the share price rises above the strike, which is when you’d want conversion.
Let’s say they do convert into 30 million shares. Imugene’s float will be ~2 billion. That’s barely a 1.5% impact before the 5-year warrants (which themselves may never be exercised unless the stock rallies significantly). Framing this as something else shows what you are upto, I have beaten you enough made you change your p**do behaviour, in worst case scenario unless the underlying science fails, in which case, the dilution wouldn't matter anyway.
