I went through many consolidations and exactly that happens. Just look at all the posts since Friday how many posters got no idea what consolidation means. Similar to Daylight Saving, one hour for or back? or similar to GST, times 10, times 10%, times 10c, times 0.1, times 1.1 and so on.
