That’s a fair question, Slick and I’ve been wondering the same.
If management’s finally pulling the trigger on this after sitting on it for a while, it could mean something’s in the pipeline. Maybe they're prepping for a Nasdaq uplist, lining up a deal, or expecting solid data drops. If that's the case, the consolidation makes more sense as a setup play.
But without any hint of what’s coming, it’s hard to read. Could just as easily be cleaning house to buy time or reposition.
No wonder we’ve gone under 2 cents in the meantime, uncertainty doesn’t attract confidence. Hopefully there's more to this story soon.
