The cynic in me says part of the reason for the letter was to limit the no votes that will surely come AGM time re remuneration.
They say others set it, not the board. Previously it has been too high % on personal achievements and not company achievements.
This has to change. The board feel they are deserving of more free shares, options and more pay as the fall in SP was out of their control so we should just give them more based on personal achievements.
Sorry, that ideology has to change.
