As I wrote on Monday, consolidation at this stage with a reason to explain promised on Friday and still not delivered is corporate Hara-Kiri. If we dumb retailers could foresee that, why not the so praised and experienced Hopper? Whether deliberately or incapable, that demands nothing less than stepping down. Company destruction and devaluation at accelerated speed and the MAN just can't or won't take the foot off the pedal.
