Azer-Cel broke IMU. The deal looked great at first sight. But when Novartis, Precision's biggest sh, refused to cough up a few millions and no other pharma joined the bidding then the alarm bells should have rung at IMU-HQ. Then the raising to finance it, huge discounts for the best thing since sliced bread. Yes, in hindsight we are all smarter, but these guys called themselves experts and should have known better. The only Azer-Cel winner so far has been Precision, pocketing USD millions for selling what turned to be out the most expensive thing since sliced bread for IMU.
