If IMU is aiming for a Nasdaq listing, and capital raising of the back of that, then they are definitely going to need to lift their game when it comes prompt complete information on any successes and any issues during trials, and business communications of their intentions and goals with very frequent progress updates. If that does not improve their time on Nasdaq will be very short lived and could end up with them finding out how much US investors love their courts and litigation. These improvements need to be strongly demonstrated here for all to see and recognise clearly. Even if for them it might seem like stating obvious trivial things and repeating themselves.
