@ Steini, All types of leaders can be seen in the public when the sun is shining, but only true leaders are out there when the hell is pouring down.
Geez, the above sounds a lot like the much loved, admired and worshipped posters that postered regularly on this forum and now are nowhere to be seen!
The sun will shine again on the company IMU and all those great posters will be back with a vengeance…..and that will be as sure as the sun will come up tomorrow.
