AICp, I'm pretty sure Cool Breeze understands that a split is just taking the existing MC and re-cutting into a different number of shares - each owner retaining their same ownership percentage. I think his/her point is that the reality of a reverse split means that management has failed (which will result in most shareholders jumping ship). It's really that simple. Paul Hopper explains that IMU is playing in an expensive industry; but sadly, he's a complete failure in this industry. Sure, he has personally taken millions of dollars from investors - so, he considers himself smart. But, it doesn't take a genius to rate his business acumen.
