    I'm a little confused by your post and I'm not sure where the 1/5th comes into it? My calculation is 77,000 divided by 34 = 2264 units. Now at todays close, the value of 77,000 is $847 and at the conclusion of a consolidation, your 2264 units will be worth $847.
