hey @slick it would be a stretch to say the consolidation has caused all of the 50% cratering in SP, but it’s factor. I reckon there’s quite a few investors that don’t like consolidation and sell. Those that understand consolidation and are comfortable are likely to hold and wait and see, very few IMO would see it as a buy opportunity, so on net it adds selling pressure.
The fall in sp has many contributors; - loss of faith in mgt (prob the largest factor reading these threads). - continued schedule delays (not uncommon for bio, but doesn’t help “the feels”). - the shithouse CN deal - more capital raises without progress update or announced plans - concerns over cash runway.
