Consolidation is always required for biotech start-up stock because they do a lot of CR to spend on R&D so the O/S become very high and are usually done when they are close to commercialisation to clean-up the O/S. LC said the clinical trial for VAXINIA was going as expected for months before they announced them and she and YF said the same recently about OASIS, we continue to wait to see if she delivered on this again. LC has actually done a great job 18 months ago given the development of VAXINIA and Azer-Cel receiving Fast Track designation for both and ODD for VAXINIA so she has delivered with the clinical trials.
