It definitely didn't hurt Boss and might have attracted more overseas investors.
I'm sure management is speaking to fund managers, so they know what is being said with the 3 billion shares on the issue and the feeling towards that. A part of me hoped they reduced the count eventually, so nothing sold on my side.
