They had to convert billions in convertible notes to equity as part of the DOCA. It took us ages to work through all those debt sellers because most were lenders.
In my eyes, this is the last of the house cleaning reducing the SOI and tidying up the register for potential dividend payments and future growth.With some of the comments, I'm glad you aren't running the company, if you were, I’d be selling.
