I have not seen one consolidation that has benefited existing shareholders.
I’m guessing management want to complete a significant capital raising and a pre-condition was that they first consolidate the existing shares on issue. If I’m right existing shareholders are about to be decimated, I don’t like it one bit.
Can someone show me one consolidation that has ended up benefiting existing shareholders?
