This makes no sense.
What's to stop them raising under the current share structure?
Technically they could raise $3.7 billion by doubing the SOI and have a 60c share price.
There is nothing wrong with some cap raises if for future growth opportunities.
Then you have to ask, with positive ongoing cash flow and basically zero debt, why are we cap-raising anyway?
